Brian Gamble is cofounder of The Ottawa Institute for Ethics and Integrity. He focuses on research for integrating wisdom to management and professional practice.

He has garnered training and consulting experience in Canada and internationally and has conducted organization development programs and Rational Problem Solving and Decision Making for management at the Canadian Forces School of Management, Agriculture Canada, National Research Council Canada, and the United Nations Relief and Works Agency.

Vincent di Norcia is the author of a comprehensive and innovative book on business ethics, Hard Like Water: Ethics in Business, and has published widely on a range of current issues. In addition, he has consulted for various organizations, private and public, on ethics and financing matters and has organized ethics workshops at several business and media conferences.

Nigel Hall is the Head of Member Affairs for ACCA Canada. In this capacity, Nigel works with the Head of ACCA Canada and national committee to set and implement programmes to improve service to ACCA members and students in Canada as part of a small team operating the Canadian office of the largest international accountancy body. Nigel also develops themes for, organizes and delivers successful business forums, sustainability events, graduation ceremonies, and member events; including acting as Master of Ceremonies for such events.

Glenn Brown, of the Practice of Ethics, constructs ethics programs for, and trains large companies, government, and political organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Foreign Service from the University of Southern California, and a Master of Divinity from McCormick Theological School in Chicago. He has been an intelligence officer in the U.S. Air Force, administrator of a major academic library, held executive positions in non-profit organizations, and founded and directed The Ethics Group before starting his current company. He has worked in the field of mental health as a chaplain, counselor, and rights advisor, and facilitated race relations work for the U.S. Department of Defense, and the Durham District School Board (Ontario, Canada). Glenn is also a member of the Research Ethics Board of the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, and his primary responsibility in Ethics Assurance is corporate social responsibility.

Ed Waitzer was Chair of Stikeman Elliott from 1999 to 2006 and is a senior partner whose practice has focused on complex business transactions. He also advises on a range of public policy and governance matters. He has served (1993-1996) as Chair of the Ontario Securities Commission (and of the Technical Committee of the International Organization of Securities Commissions) and (until 1981) as Vice-President of The Toronto Stock Exchange. He has written and spoken extensively on a variety of legal and public policy issues and serves or has served as director of a number of corporations, foundations, community organizations, editorial boards and advisory groups. Former Falconbridge Professor of Law at Osgoode Hall Law School and currently the Jarislowsky Dimma Mooney Chair in Corporate Governance at Osgoode Hall and the Schulich School of Business at York University, Ed earned his LL.B. (1976) and LL.M. (1981) from the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1978, and the New York Bar in 1985.

Jane Garthson is President of the Garthson Leadership Centre, dedicated to strengthening organizations and communities through enhanced leadership and ethics. Jane has been the EA content expert in Social and Community Responsibilities. She has experience as founder, Board Chair, officer and Executive Director of national, regional and local organizations. Since 1992, Jane has consulted in governance, integrity, strategic planning, ethics oversight and assurance, ethics programs and audits, and organizational reviews. For the past three years, she held a government appointment to enhance integrity in horse racing and improve the ethics and governance programs of the Ontario Racing Commission. Jane writes the monthly Charity Ethics column for Village Vibes, and edits the international Nonprofit Boards and Governance Review e-newsletter. Jane has worked with EthicScan Canada since 1992 on a variety of projects, including its Ethical Leadership Week conferences and other ethics training.

Mel D. Gill, President of Synergy Associates, Consultants in Governance and Organizational Development, is the author of the book, Governing for Results: A Director's Guide to Good Governance, highly praised by board leaders; the research-validated 'Governance Self-Assessment Checklist'; and numerous published articles on governance, organizational effectiveness and development of public policy. His blend of research, consulting and management experience distinguish him as a leading authority on governance. He is a member of the faculty of the Fundamentals of Governance offered by the Queen's University, School of Business as well as the Director's Education Accreditation Program of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Canada.

Brenda Jean Lycett, an HR Generalist with experience working in a variety of industries in the private sector, and developing partnerships with not for profit companies, government, and educational facilities, has an extensive understanding of organizational cultures. Her experience encompassed all areas of HR with responsibilities in diversity management and employment equity, to create strategies for hiring, accommodating, and retaining diverse employees, developing and facilitating training and conducting HR audits and reports. She has delivered training programs for organizations in the private sector and for community based organizations, and teaches a range of subjects in business management at Seneca College. A member of the Canadian Business Franchise editorial board, her articles have been published in various business magazines. She has received recognition for her past board and committee work, (DEEPA, New Pioneer Selection Awards) and her support of employment for people with disabilities.
